Return and Refund Policy

At Avrékh, every piece is carefully chosen and inspected before shipping. We maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer care. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return or Refund Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order is delivered — except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or broken on arrival.
  • The parcel is lost or not delivered by the courier service.

2. Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear unboxing photos or videos as proof.
  • After we review your claim, we’ll replace the item with a new one.
  • If the same design is out of stock, you can:
    • Pick another product of equal value, or
    • Request a refund for that item.

3. Assessment and Approval

All claims, replacements, and refunds are subject to assessment and approval by the Avrékh team.

We will verify the details, proof, and issue before taking any final decision.

Please note: All final decisions rest solely with Avrékh Premium Imitation Jewellery Store.


4. Return Shipping Charges

If a replacement is approved, the return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Avrékh will cover the cost of sending the replacement item.


5. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
