There’s no return/exchange policy on our website, as each and every product & packaging is specially curated for you.

Cancellation Policy Order Cancellation by Customer:

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to: Product unavailability, Payment issues, Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

If your order is canceled before shipping and we have confirmed that your payment has been received, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refund Process Initiating Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refund Notification:

Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. The refund amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and bank.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Subject of the email should be- Order number – Damaged/Faulty product

Add an unboxing video.

Make sure to mail us within 24 hours  after receiving the product.

Note:

Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video with no cuts and editing, the video should include the opening of the mailing package till the defect being showcased clearly as a proof of damaged or incorrect product. Breach of this policy can lead to rejection of return requests. Then you may return the order exactly as you received it , unworn, with original packaging and one way shipping charges has to be borne by you. If you fail to make one or report to us within 24 hours then there shall not be any actions taken from our end.

We will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock you can select another product from our collection of the same price range.
